 Agenda Items

 1) Next meeting: Early September, before club days.
   * a meeting date and time should be chosen in early september, so it may
be published with the club days propaganda
   * in late august or early september, submit your vote or desired
timeslots for meeting times

 2) Club Days
    * promoting the club in early september -- anyone care to champion this
project?
    * volunteers needed to work the table

3) Website
    * to be improved prior to september
    * details will appear on the listserv

 4) News Letter project
    * first monthly issue to be published in early september
    * got content? let christel know!
    * inquire nationally for submission of content
        - content may include
                - chapter events and projects
                - conferences, papers, general news
                - cool space facts, etc
    * publishing -- let's spend our summer funding on printing supplies...

5) Observatory Trip
    * No vehicles available and a few people had last minute plans -- trip
was cancelled.

6) Listserv Use
    * Let's increase the use of the listserv, and send messages a bit more
frequently -- it's been difficult getting people together this summer, so
let's keep on touch on-line as much as possible.
