Meeting Rules
Routine
meetings are subject to the standard web based motion and voting procedures.
This applies to both setting up the meeting and passing any motions originating
in it. The meeting motion must include an agenda for the meeting. The full
council and general membership shall be given official notice of the meeting at
least one week prior to it.
