Article 6: Monthly Agenda
Section 3: Distribution
Method & Schedule
The means
of distributing the conceptual agenda is subject to change based on last
majority vote of the Chapter's Council with regard to monthly agenda
distribution.
The monthly
agenda will be issued at the first of each month. Suggestions for the monthly
agenda will be collected throughout the previous month until the second to last
Monday of the month. On that Monday all of these suggestions and any receiving
votes from the previous month will be put into a monthly agenda poll or polls
on the Internet.
