The representative must be elected by the national dues paying members of the individual chapters. All members current in national dues are allowed to vote for the representative in the nearest chapter recognized by the national organization regardless of any chapter dues that group may assess its active members. The Provisional Member's Council will play a facilitative role in the initial elections by making election methodology suggestions and assisting with setting up electronic voting methods.
