Article 2: Members Of The
Council
Section 5: Expected Time
Commitment
In order to
assure timely responses to member issues and needs, it is expected that all
representatives on the Chapter's Council be able to spend at least 5 hours per
week on council duties. While this amount of time will not always be needed, it
is recommended that only people capable of averaging this amount of work on a
routine basis should consider running for election to these positions. It is up
to the chapters to decide whether or not this is an official requirement for
their representative.
