Article 2: Members Of The
Council
Section 3: Term Of Service
All
representatives to the council shall be elected by their chapter, or regional
membership, for the term of one year. Each representative shall be elected
prior to the start of the year, with term of service from the 1st of February
to the 30th of January. Each representative will not be limited as to the
number of terms they may serve on the council.
