Its membership will consist solely of official chapter representatives. An officer or officers elected by the Chapter's Council shall begin a vote on each seconded motion within 2 days of the second. The vote shall continue for one week. An e-mail shall be sent out with the title 'Vote on [title of motion] [date and time]' and a body identical to the text of the motion with all applicable voting options in addition to placing the motion on a web based voting page. A list of open and active motions with expiration times will be distributed by an officer or officers elected by the Chapter's council whenever the status of such items changes.
