eastern sky at sunset and will be very visible for the rest of the year. |

HORIZONS offered lots of answers and opportunities for girls from all over San Diego County
at an all-day program at UCSD. Workshops from Archeology to Zoology enabled hands-on explorations
in science, mathematics, and technology. Girls had the chance to talk with others who share
their interests studying in science and technology as mentors for the whole day.
TMS-SD members will lead three sessions on
Mars Exploration with the
San Diego Mars Rover.
